    Ok I know I am slow off the mark but I have only just found your cooking blog. We do not have UKTV but I am rather taken with idea of doing bread and butter pudding with jam sandwiches, my heathens do not like dried fruit and it sounds a great way to use up our embarissment of milk and eggs..
