The Gallery: Autumn

Love this photo - makes me want to walk through the gate and off up the field.
ReplyDeleteYes, we've done lots of walking and river swimming (well, one of us has swum!) today, anticipating that tomorrow the weatherproof labrador may not be as persuasive as usual....
ReplyDeleteGorgeous pic - I've got to start doing this gallery thing.
ReplyDeleteThe isobars were tight-packed, and the barometer almost as low as I have seen it, but strangely, we did not suffer wind-damage as we would have expected.
ReplyDeleteAnd how your writing as blossomed in the last few months - is it the running? Do you write in your mind as you pace the lanes? Words flood my head whenever I cook supper, and we have far too many burned offerings. I love reading your posts; a breath of fresh air blowing through an old woman's heart (or maybe it should be into her lungs!)
That's a lovely picture, the sky is just so blue! Really makes the tree and the gate stand out.
ReplyDeleteI'll be thinking of you in that storm - and in my way, wishing I was there.
ReplyDeleteI love the beautiful autumn picture, Mags.
ReplyDeleteHere, we've got snow on the ground, and freezing temperatures. A bit of a contrast from your situation.
Lovley pic, makes me feel just a tad homesick...until I remember the cold! :)
